This means you not only understand what databases are, but can have a conversation about what drives transaction performance in database-centric applications, or how to architect a web application for performance, and you also understand the value of these solutions for DBAs and database developers. Maybe you used to be a DBA or application developer in the past.<br/>- Experience brining high-tech products to market on a global scale. Cloud, Web or Enterprise Software experience highly desired, with ability to quickly assimilate complex technologies and translate them into business value for a specific group of customers (in this case, database developers and DBAs).
