Seeking Senior Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) candidates for open positions within Rackspace's BRM Ops team. The Oracle BRM platform enables the rapid creation, deployment, and real-time billing and is used by many large technology companies to deliver voice, data, video, and content services across wireless, wire-line, cable, and satellite networks. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in developing, testing, and implementing customized BRM policy code, product, pricing and rating configurations. Qualifications:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for execution of audits, both as a leader and a contributing team member, ensuring the audit work fulfills the purposes and responsibilities established by Internal Audit management, resources are efficiently and effectively engaged, and audit work conforms to the associated professional standards and practices set forth by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ISACA.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY:

- Strong knowledge of Internal Auditing assurance and advisory services processes, as well as the associated practices and standards.
- Must have capabilities to independently understand and assess risks relevant to business processes and related technologies. We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team and drive strategy, revenue and programs on our Cloud Databases product. We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded, self-starter who brings a combination of marketing & business skills plus relational database domain expertise to drive the marketing strategy with accountability for its market success (revenue and market share).

This position will have responsibilities to drive go-to-market strategy, revenues, messaging and portfolio planning for the product. The position will work with marketing, product management, sales, channel and partner teams globally to guide execution. Traditionally, the successful person has product management or product marketing background.

Desired skills:
- Experience in business or technical product marketing in solutions such as MySQL or SQL Server. This means you not only understand what databases are, but can have a conversation about what drives transaction performance in database-centric applications, or how to architect a web application for performance, and you also understand the value of these solutions for DBAs and database developers. Maybe you used to be a DBA or application developer in the past.
- Experience brining high-tech products to market on a global scale. Cloud, Web or Enterprise Software experience highly desired, with ability to quickly assimilate complex technologies and translate them into business value for a specific group of customers (in this case, database developers and DBAs). This means that you are inquisitive, and when you don,t know something, you are intrigued to find out more about the technology and the customer.
- Ability to think, articulate, communicate, think strategically, execute tactically, and work through others in a collaborative fashion, and driven mainly by results as opposed to flash. Basically, you are smart, can work with people, can communicate, and get your stuff done. Maybe you have presented at a reasonably-sized conference or have written some white papers or SQL demos.
- Highly skilled problem solving ability (quantitative, conceptual, analytical). This means you are able to get an overview of our business situation, identify the problems, gather data, think, brainstorm, articulate a solution, rally people behind you, and drive to it. (A lot of our own internal data is SQL too, so then because you know how to write SQL queries, you have an internal advantage in data gathering!)
- Understanding of the SaaS & subscription business model. This means you have a grasp of the little math that makes or breaks your business.
- Market, competitor landscape and technical knowledge in databases and cloud computing, specifically infrastructure services. This means you know who the players are, where the market is going, and what competitor is good at what.
- Operates well in an environment of rapid change and is comfortable operating with autonomy. This means that you stay poised under pressure, know what needs to get done, and can figure it out without necessarily asking for permission.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a technology product marketing position.
Software development, sales engineering, architecture or enterprise software background is highly desirable.

Key Accountabilities:

· Re-develop the Rackspace UK and International websites to meet current and future business requirements across all stakeholder groups (SMB, Enterprise, Cloud, Corporate) - to be defined. Create and communicate an ongoing website(s) development roadmap

· Manage the ongoing website experience encompassing: product ranging and merchandising, discoverability, editorial / content, and social sharing - to increase visitor traffic and engagement, time spent and conversion / activation

· Track and report website(s) performance metrics (KPIs), with follow-up analysis to inform the development of optimisation action plans. Lead team to clearly communicate website strategy and results to senior management and to the broader organisation
