They are expected to provide a high level of technical support to our customers using phone calls and support tickets to facilitate communication with customers.  A System Administrator is the owner of complex customer issues and applies creative problem-solving techniques to identify the source of problems. A System Administrator is expected to use initiative and advise on potential pitfalls that a customer may experience, using existing or planned methods, and suggest alternatives that may better serve the stability and security of the customer&#8217;s solution. Customer-centric thinking and people skills are fundamental to success in this role.<br/><br/>As a System Administrator, you are expected to maintain, diagnose and administer customer&#8217;s solutions using the Linux platform on both dedicated hardware as well as our cloud platforms.
