The Product Manager for Developer Relations defines and executes a strategy for reducing friction among developers using the Rackspace Cloud. This involves increasing Fanatical Support & customer/developer satisfaction via self-service tools, online support, SDK and tools usage, and metrics targeting the growth of our developer base. Leads efforts to research, understand, and articulate developer needs and trends in coordination with other Rackspace product managers. - Provide strategic leadership and tactical delivery on projects while collaborating with sales, support, operations, and customers.
- Prioritizes requirements across SDKs and developer tools.

The Software Development Manager for SDKs and Developer Tools will directly manage a team of software engineers and quality assurance engineers by prioritizing work assignments for these direct reports, conducting daily and weekly team meetings, and reviewing overall individual and team performance. Rackspace is looking for an experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to plan, execute, and track marketing and lead generation programmes for our transactional SMB customer groups. Reporting to the Head of SMB Customer Marketing, the role involves working closely alongside our database analyst, product, and SMB sales team to drive the programmes. The candidate will have experience in creating measurable integrated marketing programs to drive revenue growth and setting up automated, trigger-based marketing programmes delivered digitally.

Key Accountabilities:

, Work with our database analyst to identify key customer segments within the transactional base
, Develop objectives and measures for each segment and develop/deploy campaign tracks for each
, Create, execute, and measure marketing automation programmes to increase retention, revenue, and product adoption
, Implement lead nurturing/ lead generation programmes that can be successfully leveraged to drive incremental sales
, Develop messaging and content for targeted vertical segments
