Job Description
We're looking for a senior software developer / solution architect to join our engineering team and help us build enterprise integration services that run our business. This role is 40% solution architecture and 60% software development. You’ll be part of a team that solves complex engineering problems to build robust, high performance and highly scalable solutions that enable our support teams to do their best each day. These systems are critical to our mission of providing Fanatical Support and will shape the future of our customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural guidance for building highly scalable and high performance application and services.
- Build POC and demonstrate viabilities of new technologies and frameworks
- Identify continuous improvements within the engineering teams.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience with architecting enterprise applications that use Web Services, message queuing, large data stores for at least 2 large enterprises
- Java, J2EE
- Passion for software development and design
Rockstar (Preferred) Qualifications:
- Python, NoSQL database, Messaging Queuing
- Self-driven, eager to gets things done
